"Together We Change Przemyśl" - Good Practice Manual

The Przemyśl Municipality in partnership with the Przemyśl Regional Development Agency S.A. and the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Przemyśl implemented a project titled: "Together we are changing Przemyśl." The project was co-financed in 85% by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and in 15% by the state budget.

The Local Development Program was intended to support cities in the most difficult socio-economic situation in developing and implementing a sustainable approach to local development and thus limiting negative development phenomena.

In connection with the implementation of the Project, a Good Practice Manual was also developed. The study presents some of the solutions that have been implemented in the city in recent years as part of the "Together We Change Przemyśl" project. They constitute a collection of information enabling familiarization with the methodology of planning and implementing activities related to counteracting crisis phenomena, responding to identified threats and improving the quality of management in the city. The aim of the study is primarily to document and promote proven methods, techniques and procedures, the implementation of which may translate into increasing the quality of the city's offer and improving the process of managing its resources and development processes.
